I walked in and there were lots of associates who weren’t doing anything. I’m not understanding why there would still be a 7-day wait for me to have my bracelet cleaned. There were NO customers, but plenty of people socializing. I figured since there was so much socializing someone/anyone could’ve cleaned my bracelet, but I was told 7 days. It doesn’t take 7 days to have a bracelet cleaned especially when I’ve seen them clean them same day with a store full of customers!

I could not complete the survey from a previous shopping experience and they could not resolve the problem at the store. The supervisor directed me to customer service. The survey is misleading.

I had three people ahead of me to get into the actual store, no problem. I knew what I was looking for and it was in stock, sales associate very nice. I had to stand in another line with four people ahead of me. The purchase process was very extremely slow. A gentleman came in after me to purchase a gift card and he was checked out ahead of me. It took me twice the time to get checked out then to actually get the merchandise. It was very frustrating.

Although I was not able to take advantage of the "Get a free bangle with a $150 purchase, the overall service was very satisfactory. My Sales rep was very friendly and gave me options for charms that i was looking for.

The wait for assistance. Not knowing that in addition to my bracelet & charms, the connectors were required resulting in an additional unexpected purchase.

I never stated not Highly likely to recommend pandora. I’ve always had a good experience. I even used to work there so I know how are the people who didn’t leave still work there, they are hard workers and I’m pleased with that.
