The sales rep who assisted me was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! Her name was something like Anamaris? She worked with me and gave me options and didn't get upset when I changed my mind a couple of times.

The jewelry I've purchased in the past, has either broken or parts such as wiring has come apart. I've had a bracelet repaired and I'm careful with my jewelry.

I was extremeky satisfied with Sykvia at the ChicagovRidge store. For Orland Park i wS dissappointed by b the door person the day i vidited. I communicated my need to pickup skmething the store had on hold. I told the young lady i would look around the store while she had my brace k et fixed and r e assembled she insisted i needed to pay right then for the charm that was on hold rather than wait until my braceket was ready. I was turned off by her assumptiion and sought out another sakesperson for the additi i nal purchases i made at that dtore. I was turned off.from shopping after this encounter.

I had asked for less expensive charms and was only shown 3. Staff didn’t bother to look for more just standing waiting and I looked around and found lots more. Maybe just being more helpful

The Manager, Rachel was very reluctant to assist when asked for assistance by the associate. She kept trying to send me to another store that is 1.5hrs away to have my necklace repaired. She kept making excuses as to why this particular location could not repair a necklace that I received two weeks ago. She offered no extra assistance and walked away quickly. The associate who had advised they can send it out for repair initially then took care of the repair. I would of been happy never to have encountered Rachel and her negative Nancy attitude. I wasn’t asking for a replacement just to have it fixed. The associate I worked with was very professional.
