It wasn’t that I wasn’t highly satisfied because everyone was in the store seem to be very busy when I enter the store so I didn’t mind by waiting for to wait for someone to help me with there service

While I am obsessed with Pandora, most people I associate with can't afford to splurge on the products. I am not highly satisfied with my experience due to the lack of my inner action with the company. My first purchase was from the website, and I miscalculated the bracelet size following the instructions. I had to locate a store to exchange the bracelets because the Macy's vendors would not exchange.

La joven que me cobró al final fue muy grosera me dijo que si no tenía tarjeta de crédito no podía comprar y le dije que si esa era razón por la que no podía vender lo que había escogido y posteriormente le aclaré que yo acudía a esa tienda a comprar algunos artículos y se fue me dejó esperando hasta que regreso la chica que me atendió primero y me dio una disculpa por lo sucedido.

Was too crowded in the store. Extremely loud. Could barely hear the sales associate. Not enough cashiers to check out people. Had to wait 10+ minutes to get checked out.
