Salespeople not very friendly. I felt they didn't really want to assist me. I asked about a cleaning for my bracelet and didn't get that. I felt UN welcomed but made a purchase anyway

It's always a line outside the store at the chicago ridge location.

I was initially approached right away but handed off to someone else, that wasn’t completely ready to help at the time

I was satisfied. This is the first time I visited this particular store and didn't have a long wait. I walked right in and was serviced as I was only doing an exchange.

Overall visit was good salespeople was nice professional clean store will revisit soon.

The sales lady was super nice. She took her time in showing me the items on sale, but the charm I was looking for was sold out. I also had an exchange and she made it very smooth. I am very satisfied.
