The design of charms

Felt prices for most bracelet charms was expensive. Also I get it’s sales but I went in for what I went in without trying to be swayed to buy beyond that.

Limited Merchandise didn’t fine what I wanted was out of stock

Customer service was good. They couldn't give a a discount on my broke bracelet and I had loss some of my added charms.

The manager and the sales associates were very friendly and helpful with my purchase. I would recommend this store and service to family and friends.

Not very satisfied because of the wait time before someone notice that I wanted to make a purchase., and once I was ready to pay with my coupon the cashier could not seem to know how to enter the coupon.

Repair of bracelet could take 14 weeks. Was looking for a spacer w/red stones but store didn’t have/Pandora doesn’t make one.

I wasn't highly satisfied because I came to get a bangle bracelet fixed which broke when I opened the round clasp with the proper tool purchased from Pandora. The bracelet had never been worn I just began filling it up. My issue is the cost of the repair along with the turn around time to get it back. The cost to repair is only a few dollars difference to purchase a new one.

My only disappointment was that the machine used to clean the jewelry was broken and I could not get a deep cleaning of my bracelet which it needs very bed. I was only able to get a polish up on my bracelet.
