The store had a friendly and comfortable setting. There were charms and other items out on display for me to look at while I waited, which allowed me to decide what I wanted. Agata was a great help with deciding on which charm to purchase. Overall a great experience.

The salesperson that help me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. It was my first time visiting the store and she made me feel very welcome.

I love everything abour the store and jewlery and they make the best gifts for any occasion ever

The store was not crowded when we entered but I had two different associates come to ask me if they could help me only to tell me that one of the sales associates would be with me after they finished with the customers they had. That was a little disturbing since it appeared there were only two sales associates at the time. I was greeted but could not be help by the associates who greeted me.

Overall my experience was great. However; I have noticed that in the recent past, I always feel rushed when I'm finally being serviced. The ladies did a good job of providing quality customer service for the most part.

the charm i was looking for was discontinued. but the sales associate gave me other options and was friendly
