I honestly only have one reason, that's Sierra. She's the best associate by far. She exceeds customer service every time.

The associates are always friendly. Service is pretty fast. Twice I've been in that particular store and children are screaming and running around, going behind the counters, and literally running into people. I know it's not the store's fault, I just wish there would maybe be a policy against children in the store.

She was able to tell me about upgrading my bracelet and clips. Also she took the time with me, rearranged my charms, and offered me a bottle of water.

I was waiting on in good manner and receive the item i wanted and was out of the store.

I like this store it's nice ...I always find gifts to give to my lady friends ;) lol
