Ms. Silva was amazing. She was very friendly, she smiled and listened to everything I had to say. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very professional. Due to the holiday season, I was expecting poor service. I was also expecting to have wasted my time driving all the way to that specific store. I had a pleasant experience and all of my needs were met.
