The rep my sister and I had was fabulous. She put our moms charms for the bangle we purchased together in such a sentimental and lovingv way. We lost a brother and sister and when my mom see this bangle she's going to be very emotional in a great way. Priceless!!! Love the bangle being we paid over $500.00 last yr and had to bring all back because she couldn't put on nor unlock bracelet. This is so much easier and perfect for her, We filled the bangle with charms close to her heart and our sales rep couldn't have been better. KUDOS to her. Thank You!

Wait time was under 5 mintues. The Laura help my sister and I find what we was looking for. Was able to provide the price and had a great selection to choose from.

I expected 2 b waiting in long lines, the store had plenty of salesperson helping. They could have had more people helping with the check out, that's where the wait was. over all it went well thank you Ashley you were very helpful.

Maggie was excellent, this was my first time at your store to purchase a gift for my niece. Maggie went over the products and helped recommend charms for it.
