The experience was excellent the sales team was awesome. She was very helpful informative great spirit,easy going and seem to love what she was doing. The bracelet is for my wife but I was highly impressed. Today I returned to purchase a necklace. I wish Cristina D. was there.

Even though there was a line the process was smooth and effortless. The store was clean and my sales associate was friendly and very knowledgeable.

The staff and merchandize were excellent

I have never shopped at Pandora's. My daughter sent me a picture of a Mickey/Minnie charm for that she wants for Christmas. So that was my reason for going to the store. Ashley was the salesperson that helped me and explained to her that I had no idea of what I needed to buy besides the Mickey/Minnie charm. She was wonderful to me. She explained the bracelets and the charms. She was very patient and understanding.

First time shopping at Pandora. Was very satisfied with the customer service and how nice the sales associate was.

I have had a bad experience before at Pandora in Chicago Ridge Mall, but I must say this visit was wonderful. The store was super busy, but the staff was so friendly and ready to assist everyone that came in.

First of all it was a great sale gonna on. And I really love the fact how the sales person offer you water during your visit.
