The salesperson took her time and did not rush me through my choices and gave me ample time to choose the charms I was interested in looking at.

Associates are very friendly. They help me find the right gift. They really know their stuff.

The sales person was very nice she explained everything ro me as i asked questions. It was a 2 hr wait due to it being Christmas eve but it went quick.

I have shopped Pandora for a number of years. I enjoy the style of bracelets, necklaces and earrings you all have. I have had to return two charms within the timeframe that I have been shopping with you all but overall I am satisfied. The only thing I would ask is that the staff you hire are pleasant and desire to assist the client totally. Not just to get a sale but to satisfy the client at hand.
