The customer service was great their was lots of variety to choose from but with the help of the beautiful lady that assisted me with ideas and set up I am more than happy to shop and request other to come there.

The reason I love my Pandora experience is I have been looking for this thumb ring size 11 at the water tower location and they told me they don't sell rings size 11. 😞 . So me and my mom went shopping yesterday @ thepandora location in Ridgeland Mall n guess what I found that ring size 11 { yes} I bought that ring and a bracelet n earrings set .# verry happy with my purchase and the saleslady who helped me and my mom also my mom bought a charm , bracelet , and the bracket and earring set also.

The sales associate Narcy is very helpful and Knowledgeable of the product. She always goes above and beyond to assist me with my Bracelets. She has such great taste and knows how to coordinate the colors and charms to make a beautiful bracelet. She’s the best! I always receive great service from her.

This is a newer store and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a crowd in the store however the staff worked effortlessly to assure that each customer received the help they needed
