The service was great. The sales person went out of her way to make sure I had what I wanted

My sales associate Tracy was very helpful in helping me design and layout my bracelet. I was looking to add pieces and only had a few starter charms. The only complaint is that it is obvious that associates are trained to upsale.

The assistant by Sierra was professional. She made me feel as if I was very welcomed in the store. My next visit I will definitely as for her to service me thank you

Our salesperson was Jocelyn. She was great, knew her jewelry and suggestions where amazing. My intent was to only have my bracelet cleaned and walked out with $200 worth of jewelry!!!!!

The sales associates was incredible, she answered all my questions and was very knew everything about the things I wanted to buy.

The wait time was very short. It helped that my daughter knew exactly what she wanted. We were in and out very quickly.

I was highly satisfied because of the service I received while in the store. When I first walked in I was greeted and put on a short waiting list. I thought it may take a while before they called me, but it was not long at all. I was able to browse around the store while waiting. When I was called, I was then greeted by another kind and helpful Associate. She was patient with me, listened to me, and was able to show me additional items that I had not even thought about, but were perfect for my bracelet and other charms. We also had a great conversation while she assisted me. This is not the first time at this store with this experience. Every time I visit the Pandora in Chicago Ridge Mall, the Associates are so helpful and really nice. I appreciate them.
