I am satisfied with the beautiful selection of items. I am also satisfied that they always have the charm I want. I am always satisfied on how they change charms with the holidays and special celebrations.

I was in the store to exchange charms that I bought st another location. I had no issues, the associate showed me other options for exchanging and assisted me with styling my bracelet.

I was highly statisfied with my experience because the sales associates were patient with us. They allowed us to take our time in choosing what we wanted and helped even when we were not clear on what exactly we were looking for.
