Sierra was friendly with a big smile, we had eye contact the first time she called my name, she listen to me trying to explain to her what I was looking for she's was a very good listener. she showed me new products and told me which retired pieces I had on my bracelets. And I was looking at this new Bumblebee, I kept looking at it, looking and at it. I told her I'm going to get that Bumblebee left the store, and went shopping. I end up right back at Pandora for my Bumblebee.
