Very large selection of items to choose from. Items were easy to find. And prices were comparable if not better than other stores.

I was greeted by a friendly associate at the door. She directed me to another associate at the display case. No waiting! Another associate offered me a bottle of water which I really needed. A very nice touch! The associate at the counter showed me an array of choices for the charm and spacer I came in for. The process was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and courteous. A great shopping experience!
