I shop with Pandora a lot! My boyfriend often buys me gifts and I buy myself and others gifts all the time! Sylvia, was the most knowledgeable associate I have spoken to in the years I’ve visited that location. She taught me so much about the product and I loved her how much patience she had with my indecisive cousin and I. She was honest about the products. She was kind. She explained the new products. I am huge on customer service and I’ve never experienced Pandora the way I’ve experienced it with Sylvia. Pandora will forever have a customer but I will only be going to Sylvia from now on. And recommending my family and friends to her. Sylvia was able to listen to all of my concerns and assist me.
