The people were friendly and the store looked nice

I went in knowing what I wanted and was able to find the cute mousse charm for my fiancé.Went to register,paid and left within 5 mintues.

The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is hard to walk around. Not a lot of space for the amount of people in there. Otherwise, great merchandise.

My sales associate was very knowledgeable, I came in for a few items and left with a nearly full charm bracelet and didn’t feel pressured, she even put my items together for me.

My sales associate was very nice and pleasant. She made me feel very comfortable. She knew exactly where to find the ring I wanted. She was very knowledgeable about the stones on the ring.

The employees were very kind & friendly. Even though there was a sign in sheet, they took care of everyone in a orderly timely fashion. A great plus, they offered you water for the wait, I thought that was a nice gesture.

Natalie K. was absolutely the best. She was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and super sweet. She made recommendations that really made my bracelet stand out.
