i went in with pictures of what I was looking for and the associate pulled them out immediately. she let me know how close I was to getting a second free bracelet (memorial day sale) and showed me affordable options. while that store ran out of the style bangle that was being given away, she showed me several other options that I really liked.

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable on products. We had a hassle free exchange and purchase. wait time was minimal.
