I was very happy with the associate and the quality of the charms but I was upset there wasnt more of a selection. I bought several charms this time and wish there was more gold charms to choose from. I wanted to get the letters ROB in charms but there was only an R and an O. The associate said they were going to come out with new letter charms but wasnt too sure when. The bracelet I bought last time was all gold and i spent quite a few thousand dollars. I spent several hundred on the silver and silver with gold charms this time on a new bracelet. I hope there will be more of a variety to choose from in the near future so I can fill this next bracelet. Overall I am very satisfied thus far with Pandora and definitely will be back again!
