Liliana was very knowledgeable, kind and patient as I asked questions and looked through the charms and accessories for my new bracelet. There is an overwhelming amount of items to look through and consider and Liliana was beyond helpful.

I’ve been to Pandora a few times for gifts and every time I’ve walked in clueless as to what I wanted to get and all the associates were very helpful. Talked me through the different options for bracelets, charms, and rings that would go with certain ocassions. Very satisfied as always.
