I came in to buy a charm from my ecard my daughter had given me for my birthday. The associate was very friendly and helpful. Got my charm and put it on my bracelet for me and then polished my bracelet and other charms. Left the store and looked down and my bracelet was broke. I went right back and she replaced my bracelet with no hassle or problems. I was very satisfied when I left the store. Will be back soon
