The sales associate, Mrs. Sierra was extremely helpful. She gave me advice and recommended merchandise base on her experience. I felt welcome as she remembered me from previous visit. Totally happy with my experience.

I was not happy that one of my rose gold charms was fading. The associate was not able to assist nor could the manager. However they redeemed my faith in selecting Pandora jewelry, when they provided me with corporate information. I spoke with corporate and they were will to exchanging my charm that I paid $100.00 for. Therefore I am highly satisfied with my pandora products. Also, customers service is always excellent.
