I needed a gift for my daughter who is leaving for the Air Force. I don’t remember her name, but the young sales lady helped me pick the perfect charm for my daughter. She was very friendly and she told me she had the perfect idea for what I was looking for. Just a wonderful experience.

The greeter at the door was polite, then the sales associate that helped me took her time to explain and eased me through the process even when i felt i was taking too long. She was very kind and helpful i will be back to this location...keep your staff knowledgeable and friendly.

Love all the Pandora products. I did not initially see the items I wanted. I appreciate the sales lady's knowledge of products as she was able to identify what I wanted and where it was located after just a brief description.

I went into the store to purchase more charms for my rose gold bracelet, I was shown a variety of charms and the associate Bianca was more than helpful in the selection process. She rearranged the charms to show me how they would look, the arrangement was beautiful, so I didn't hesitate to purchase all that was shown, not before she offered me the opportunity to save 10% for applying for a credit card and gave me an estimated wait time, and within that time frame I was approved. Bianca was the most helpful and patient associate that I've experienced since my visits in any store that I can remember.
