let me start off with saying Ive been to this pandora location multiple times and I had never had anyone help me the way Bianca did today! I must say today I was very pleased with the way Bianca helped during the whole store experience, she went above and beyond to help me! thank you so much Bianca !!!

The associate new what I was asking for. She took my charms to get cleaned and put the new charms in a beautiful fashion. She is very patient as well!

The sales person. Was very thorough and polite but yet very patient

Rachel Orozco was very knowledgeable of the different charms that I looked at and purchased.

Sales associate was very knowledgeable and got me out of the store within 15 minutes.

Friendly sales people

Once I signed my name in the guest list, I was called within 2 minutes. The sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient.

Everytime I enter a Pandora store everyone is working like a well oiled machine. The hostess and staff are always friends and knowledgeable. There are times when customers take longer than normal and the staff members are always very patient.

The people in the store were really friendly. They took their time trying to show me everything i wanted to see. Was very quick at checkout

I was looking for a birthday gift for my Mom. I didn't know about the Labor Day sale until I got there. Even still the associates were helpful and knowledgeable.
