The staff there are always extremely pleasant and cheerful. Our salesperson was accommodating and provided suggestions that fit our style. She was also very timely and efficient.

The person at the door greeted me with a smile, told me the wait would not be long, offered me water. The sales associate was friendly and knowledgeable and listened to my wants and I was happy their was plenty of staff in the store during a promotion.

I was highly satisfied because although the piano I was looking for is no longer available Pandora has a lovely little purse that I purchased. It's adorable. I love it and have received several compliments on it.
