Got what I was looking for

It was fast

I was greeted by a smiling , friendly associate when I entered the store and directed immediately to an associate behind the counter. Once I told Keidy what I wanted she went right to them items and showed them to me. I asked to have my bracelet cleaned and she let me know that she would take care of that and asked if I wanted my new charms added to my bracelet. When I returned for my bracelet, Keidy was being complemented by another customer for her knowledge and customer service! I had a wonderful experience and wil be returning to this Pandora location.

I was able to tell the worker what I wanted and she assisted professionally. She answered questions I had on other items. She helped me in a good time manner.

She took care of me and my family perfectly. She listened to our every needs. She was polite and patient.

I like the service because when i came back the salesperson reminded me and she made me fill that my problem was her problem that made me fill important and that she really care!!
