I'm very satisfied with my experience because each time I enter the store everyone is always friendly and willing to help come up with the prefect selection for me. I love the amount patience each and every employee has with their individual client, it is exceptional. The manager is always friendly and greeting me with a smile. because of the staff at the Oak Lawn store, I will always return there when I'm ready to purchase more Pandora.

The wait time was short. The sales associate was friendly and good at explaining how you can build your bracelet.

The overall store provide a professional and yet very personally feeling. Tracey help me get everything that I wanted and stay within my budget that I set for myself. Being in the store felt like I was with a friend helping me get a great gift at a reasonable price.

The associates were very kind & friendly. The associates took their time showing me everything i asked to see including charms, bracelets & newest selections. The associate also told me about promotions & if i spend a certain amount i get a free jewelry box. The experience is alwys to my satisfaction.

The selection for the new Reflection bracelet is absolutely gorgeous, although not everything is available in the store yet. The sales associate was extremely friendly and helpful in putting a bracelet suggestion together for me to look at. Will definitely be buying again.
