The lady who helped me with my purchase was very helpful, nice, and friendly. While I was shopping I was asked if I wanted some water and made me feel so welcome. My overall experience was great I didn’t feel like just a customer it felt like I’ve known the sales associate for a while.

My sale representive (Tracy) is well knowledge in knowing her products and she does and excellent job in putting the bracelet together once I explain my idea of the pieces.

I truly enjoyed the professional service of the staff member. She went beyond her scope to make sure I received what I came from.
