I visited New York this year and was excited to find the New York charm at the store. I representative knew exactly where to locate the charm (not at the counter, but in the back). I visited the store at the right time and did not have to wait.

I was helped right away. They had what i needed to get and i was in and out in about 15 minutes.

Sales Associates in this store are always friendly and knowledgeable, make you feel good about your purchase

The person i spoke with was named Rachel #168321. Very good sales person. She knows her stuff. She showed me what i wanted to see and i bought it. You dont meet people like this on the other side of the desk. Very good and fast customer service. I am very happy. :)

Because i went in to get a chain stopper and the sales person help me right away to find what i was looki g for, also she arranged my charms and put the stopper on.Ok

I walked in and was able to find the exact charms I wanted with ease. The representative had me boxed up and checked out within minutes.

The Sales Associate took the time to explain the product and accessories to me. Was very patient while I made a call to find out info from a family member regarding the size. She cleaned the product and packed it really nice for me. I really enjoyed my experience.
