Tracy is a great saleswoman

I am a teacher and I received a Pandora silver bracelet from one of my students. It was the wrong size, and Tracy was more than kind and helpful. It was a pleasure talking and dealing with her. The correct size had been taken, and I was able to add my first charm to the bracelet. Neeless to say, I was very happy with my experience. The only thing that I would say is that sometimes the clasp can be somewhat difficult to put on my wrist. After several tries, i was finally able to clasp it correctly. Is this the only type of clasp that Pandora puts on their jewelry? thank You.

I visited the store during the week. The store was was empty and they took care of me right away. I told her what I was looking for and she gave me excellent options of charms. So happy with my new charms!

Staff...quickly greeted and assigned a Sales Associate (Magdalena). Explained what I was looking to buy and Maggie quickly presented several choices to choose my gift. Maggie quickly registered the purchase in my niece's name and explained your exchange policy in case she would prefer a different bracelet. It was my 1st visit to Pandora and a completely great experience due to Maggie.

The sales associate was very helpful and friendly. She gave ideas how to put together the charms. I liked the sale prices.
