Thia is the only pandara store i go to and i have 3 older bracelets and 1 of the new ones

I was able to walk right up ,no waiting. Everything I was looking for was available. The associate assisting me was super nice and professional.

The staff was very friendly, they didn't have me waiting around, and they found what I was looking for and service me with no trouble.

I love my two heart charms about the lady was very nice and helped me out to find a perfect two hearts because I wanted to make a bracelet with just hearts on it will be going back to make more

I am not satisfied. I am giving high scores because Tracy in particular was fantastic and I don't want a poor survey to impact her in any way. The manager and the associate with long bleached blonde hair were very aggressive and rude. I wouldn't have given them my business at all except I was pressed for time in shopping for a birthday gift.

I was able to purchase last chance charms at a discount price for my bracelet

The staff greeted me when I walked in the store. The salesperson showed me a variety of charms and made some suggestions. The salesperson put my charms on my bracelet.
