Each time I visited with my family we were welcomed by the same associate, she's a very sweet older lady and we share the same great taste in jewelry.

For it to be Valentine Day and around 4:00 it wasn’t crowded and my sales lady was pleasant, friendly and offered many options as well

I loved the pink leather box I could place my bracelet in. The quality inside the box was perfect and I love the satin feel. The fun in love set was very beautiful to me and I love the rose color. I will purchase more rose color charms to add to my bracelet

They greeted me right away as soon as I walked into the store. They approached me with such great manners and through out my whole time there the woman was very friendly and helpful. She helped me find my charms and rings that visit and helped me arrange them to fit a certain theme.

I`ve built my girlfriend`s Pandora bracelet at the Chicago Ridge store, have had no problems what so ever. The only thing I`m hoping for is more charms from other countries and tropical islands where we have visited.

The customer service is great.
