I received fast and friendly service the sales associate was very knowledgeable and attentive to all of my needs

The store has a very organized system i which customers are waited on. The server was patient and very helpful with making decisions on purchasing products. The wait time was not too long.

My old bracelet was broken I received 25% off. I was able to purchase more charms. Even though I was being picky Maria was just as patient as you could be and had great customer service skills!
