Love this store

My sales person Tracy was Awesome!! She helped me create a beautiful design for my bracelet. I came into to the store with a plan to purchase two charms and came out with six!! Smh! But I can't take my eyes off of it!!. I'm looking forward to my next visit with Tracy. I can't wait!

I pretty much know what I want when I enter the store upon every visit. Therefore when the associate waits on me we are able to breeze through locating the items that I would like to purchase. On very few occasion has the associate had to give me recommendations.

We have purchase many pandora items. This is the first time that our information was ever taken down. And was told we would have a 1 year warranty on the items we purchased that visit. Pretty disappointed that we were not offered warranties at other locations.

The representative was courteous and very patient

I was seen as soon as I walked through the door. They had the available charm that I was looking for. I didn’t have to wait in line to pay for my item.

The staff at Chicago Ridge were very friendly. Staff ask questions to better assist me. Staff offered premium customer service.

The customer service was very professional

The store was crowded because of the promotion going on but it did not take long to talk to a person. The salesperson was helpful. The sales person did not try to over sell me on items,
