I was satisfied with the way the associated handle the purchased that I made and the way she took the time to explain what was going on and the value of the merchandise and to make sure I was satisfied with it.

I had called to put a ring on hold, they right away had it waiting for me and got out the charms that I was looking for. They also greeted me before entering the store and gave me a bottle of water. Very friendly, clean and they went above and beyond for me! I absolutely love my ring and charms!!!! Only need 2 more to fill my bracelet

This is the my first time entering a Pandora store, as well as, making a purchase. I was assisted by Syliva K. (ID No: 176828) and it was a very pleasant shopping experience. I informed Sylvia on how thankful I was for her Customer Service. Moreover, she has a gained a client: I will look for her when I make my next purchase.

I really enjoy coming to this particular Pandora Location. Every time I walk into the store I feel welcomed and I feel that the customer service is genuine. I love that they have patience when I am unsure of what I want during my visit.
