The salesperson person was so helpful and very patience

This is the only location that I come to, and I never really experience poor customer service only just a few reps who didn’t know how to coordinate the pieces to create a beautiful bracelet. Yesterday my favorite Rep (Tracy M ) found the perfect pieces to complete my bracelet. It brought me back the next day to buy additional clips to complete my bracelet very happy customer. A big thank you to Tracy M.

The sales associate Tracy M was very knowledgeable. She was also very friendly. She listened and listened to my needs.

I love Pandora jewelry. The sales reps in store are always so friendly and so very helpful. Whatever you need they will find for you. Always a pleasure when I go to Pandora like Christmas.

My sales associate was the most polite and happy person that I have ever encountered at this location. (Not that the other associates weren't polite). She was extremely patient and she actually showed me the item in the rose color, which I ended up purchasing. She was just a ray of sunshine. I also placed a ring in for a stone repair and she guaranteed that the Pandora company would take good card of it. Now, that's great Customer Service.

Customer service was great. Service i had done was fast. While waiting on my jewelry to be clean i purchase somemore charms that caught my eye.

Sierra was very friendly, knowledgeable, genuine, and overall a great associate. This was my first purchase at Pandora and this experience definitely encouraged me to come back.
