Sierra, the sales associate, was great. She greeted me when I entered the store and gave me 1 on 1 care. She showed me exactly what I was looking for, helped me pair and put pieces together and was very knowledgeable of the items and merchandise. I appreciate employees like her and will return to continue shopping at Pandora.

My sales associate Tracy was awesome in her knowledge of earrings for my mom. She was able to pin point what type of earrings my mom liked and those were the ones I purchased. Tracy is the person I want to visit everytime I return to the Chicago Ridge location.
