I had an issue with a bracelet I received as a gift, prior to my purchase and the representative was very helpful and attentive, and directed me to who I should speak to..

The associate was excellent at providing coordinating pieces and providing balance to my charms in terms of the placement of the charms. She offered to clean my bracelet before I left the store. Bracelet looked like new.

The salesperson Sylvia was very authentic, personable and helpful.
