The Pandora that visited is in a great location. Every time i visit I am greeted with such pleasant sales reps. The items that I purchased on my last visit are so beautiful and one of the bracelets was no longer available On-Line but this location had it in stock. I left Pandora feeling so special.

I was greeted with courtesy and once I was asked the reason for my visit the sales person Gisselle was very nice and helpful, she took the time to explain the items that I selected to me. She also suggested that I purchased a extended clasps for my bracelet in the future. Kudos to Giselle.

Sylvia was the sales associate who helped us. She was so kind the next day I came back to pick up my items she was with another customer and went out of her way to help me. I left my bracelet overnight and it was still dirty. She personally cleaned it again when she didn’t have to. I loved her professionalism!

I'm highly satisfied with this store because the customer service is wonderful the staff is friendly and very helpful and I love when they had those good sales I will be back soon.
