The associate who helped me was very friendly. She gave me suggestions on what gift to purchase and she completed our transaction without a problem. Even though she gave us suggestions, I also enjoyed that she was not pushy.

Ms Sylvia is always a great help to picking out my girlfriend something nice.

I had the pleasure of interacting w/ a new supervisor (Ms. Tracy) @ the Chicago Ridge Mall location that had AWESOME taste.

They sales associate was very knowledgeable and courteous to me. The sales associate considered all my wants and needs during my visit and made sure I was completely satisfied. The sales associate also was very patient with me when I was confused and couldn't decide which charms I wanted.

The store was quite busy due to it being the last day of a wonderful sale, but the staff was very friendly and very patient.

The lady was kind and helpful. They provided us with water. the store was clean.
