My wife was happy.

I was able to get my merchandise with no problem. The sales associate was very nice and met my needs.

Upon entering the store I was extremely frustrated, (long story).I spoke with Tracy the mgr at Chgo Ridge, she was PHENOMENAL!!! I couldn't believe she made a potentially bad situation so amazing! I will come and bring everyone back to Tracy time and time again she is truly an ASSET to your company.

My sales associate, Tracy was the reason behind this highly pleasurable visit. She was helpful.. with her suggestions . Her knowledge of the jewelry was flawless. She was a very warm saleswoman!

Entering the Pandora Store i was greeted with smiles and people ready to help me. The sale associate i was with was very kind and patients. The overall experience was good and i will be returning soon.
