I am highly grateful for my experience at Pandora because Laura V made sure that I wanted a gift and was in my price range. Laura also was very nice and welcoming. All the employees greeted me or said something to me and made sure I was noticed in some way.

This is actually my Favorite Pandora Store. Anytime of the day you are always Greeted with a Smile. The Sales Associates are very knowledgeable and if one person doesn’t know the answer it’s always somebody available to fill in.

When me and my mom walked into the store we were immediately greeted by two associates. When we asked about jewelry that we saw online before they immediately knew where to find it and took them no time to deliver it to us. Also they helped me set up for the preferred card.

Susan was polite, helpful and direct. She wasn't just there to push products. We actually had a full conversation about what I was looking for and other life topics. This is a rare find in stores.

Exchange of my broken necklace was satisfying. The sales clerk Gabby was helpful and patient. The greeters at the door was very nice.

I'm highly satisfied with my Pandora experience that Ms. Sylvia gave me great customer service. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the merchandise she was selling. I love my bracelets and charms.
