I asked for a specific item, which she showed me. Then she showed me a few other items, which I ended up liking a lot more and I ended up buying it instead of the one I had been looking for.

I came in to pick up a repaired bracelet. Tracy assisted me in my repair, but found the bracelet too tight after the repair. She suggested a new bracelet and restyled it. I wish I had met her when I first got my bracelet.
