The bracelet i purchase is for a Christmas gift and the sales associated was very friendly and suggested charms that would highly the bracelet and she took her time and explain what type of bracelet i purchasing and how it would look. Overall she was a very nice and sweet person.

Upon entering the store I was greeted right away. Which is important to me as a consumer. I also did not have to wait long before being assisted also important.
