I was able to do my exchange successfully

first time buyer

It was black Friday and even tho the store was packed the sale person was friendly and did not rush us. She never lost her smile.

I was waited on quickly. The sales associate was very attentive helpful and friendly. I was very satisfied with my purchase.

Everything was in order sales associates all knew what they were doing they took care of customers with the up most respect.....

I had applied for the credit card about a week ago but I wasn't given the 10 percent because of the card. The sales person wrote a note saying I will be given the 10 percent on my first purchase. I thought I was going to get it ever but I did! The next week when the card came I went back and I got my 10 percent and used the card and I was just really happy

The sales associate was very compliant. She was patient in showing me everything I wanted to see. She let me know lots of the new things that have come out.

My overall experience at Pandora was freshing the customer service was excellent, the store was clean and the sales rep was very knowledgeable iregarding the items I purchase.

I was exchanging the item for one similar to surprise my daughter whom was with me at the time. The store clerk was aware and really helped me keep it discreet.
