I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because the wait to be assisted wasn't so long. Also the sale associates were very kind, also had good knowledge on the jewelry, and helped me find what i was looking for.

Salesperson Quiana was very helpful in assisting me with my problem. I came in into Pandora originally on 10/13/19 to make a purchase. I CAME BACK to the store on Halloween because the same charm keeps having to be replaced. I came in again on 1/4/20, about two months prior. Try to move along salesperson proceeded to look me up but the in formation was not on record under the information provided under my last visit on October 31st. I will come back with my reciepts at a later time.

My sales person Susan S was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. Went in just looking for two items and end up with three because of our conversation. Everyone in the Chicago Ridge store is excellent and friendly

I was highly satisfied with my very first Pandora experience up until I lost my Pandora bracelet five days after I purchased it. My main question is why did the salesperson whom helped me not recommend a safety chain for my bracelet and I would have had my bracelet on my wrist today. I did not know of such a thing to use until I learned about it after the loss.

Every time I go i feel welcome but sometimes it's hard because everything get sold out so hopefully you can have more in store
