I love Pandora jewelry

I am new to pandora and I love the charms and bracelets. The lady helping me and my bestie was very helpful and her cheerful attitude showed her true customer service.

The sale associate was very knowledgeable about the product and was very much helpful. Every concern I had she was able to explain it throughly. Also very friendly!

I love my jewelry can’t wait to go back and get one for my daughter

About three months ago I visited the pandora at ridge mall and was extremely dissatisfied with the employees treatment of the customers so I was hesitant to go again but when I went this time I was amazed with how amazing the store associated were. Three people specifically; Sue, Becky, and Sarah. The line outside the store was long but Becky made sure everyone was okay and comfortable. Then Sue was the one that helped me pick out the charms and bracelet for my younger sister's graduation and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She also helped me pick the correct bracelet size! I ended up buying two more charms than I planned to! Then the last person that I encountered was Sarah who was very charming at checkout and was very polite. I think these three ladies deserve recognition because it is difficult to work in the socially distant time and they exceeded my expectations. They have removed the negative image of Pandora I had previously had. :)

Wait time was at a minimum. They had 2 of the 3 items I wanted Sales person was very pleasant and patient

Clerk told me there be a 45 min wait I told her I had my wife and granddaughter in the car and one of the free associate came and got me on my way

Costumer service was good. People friendly. Fast service.

Fast paced..store was really clean and the customer service was great...I’ll definitely be returning to shop again!
