Friendly and helpful salesperson

My charm bracelet kept hanging too loose though not coming unfastened. I was told at an earlier visit, I could get a different bracelet for my charms. I found a much better bracelet that fits perfect and is comfortable, and shows off my charms much nicer. I got a new charm as well. I now have 8 charms on my bracelet.

My order was ready. Items I wanted were in stock. Suggestions for other items to buy. Was able to try on and receive newly packaged items. Very unsatisfied with Online ordering. Returned everything I ordered. Online! False advertisement online. If I were to purchase 5 Winnie the Pooh charms (which I didn’t care for all the designs) I would receive a Free Winnie the Pooh jewelry box to put it in. Ordered all 5 charms when my box arrived there wasn’t any jewelry box! So returned what I bought. Very dissatisfied with online ordering. Will think twice before ordering online again!

Sale associate are friendly. Quality are very unique. And good sale.

Friendy and accommodating

The staff, all staff was very helpful. As I was asking questions, styles. Staff was assisting the associate that was helping me. It was an amazing shopping! I shopped for 3 separate gifts. And a small purchase for myself.

Very nice ladies who work at this location as well as the Waikiki location, very helpful and perceptive and willing to show me different charms that caught my attention which I end up buying.The sales lady Kelia at the Ala Moana Store very helpful.

Pandora is my (my son's) go to for presents for me! No matter the occasion he can add to the bracelets he's purchased me over the years! So, I am happy!
