The staff at the Ala Moana store are very friendly. The sales associate Megan took time to help me pick out nice charms to add to my wife's collection. Always fun to shop at Pandora.

I didn’t have to wait for a clerk to help me. She knew exactly where the item I wanted. She showed me some other options I considered, but stuck with what I wanted in the first place. Very quick checkout!

Associate that helped me was very understanding of the items I wanted to look at. As well as showing other pieces I might be interested in. Was willing to package my purchases separately as one was a future gift and the other was to be given right a way.
